The BSR
General Features
The BSR Self-Aligning Rotators provide a fast, practical, and cost-effective solution for the circular welding of cylindrical workpieces with varying diameters. Designed for automatic self-alignment, the BSR series eliminates manual adjustment, allowing immediate setup and seamless operation.
Ideal for tanks, pressure vessels, towers, boilers, reactors, fuel barrels, depots, wind power components, petrochemical pipelines, and shipbuilding, the BSR ensures perfect concentric rotation and consistent weld quality across all applications.
Its unique roller design automatically adjusts to the workpiece diameter, keeping the cylinder perfectly centered and reducing the need for welding head repositioning. Built with a robust, steel-welded frame, the BSR guarantees durability, reliability, and long-term precision under heavy-duty workloads.
Operators can easily rotate workpieces clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) with precise variable speed control, ensuring smooth operation and flawless welding results.
By eliminating manual pre-adjustment and crane handling, the BSR dramatically reduces setup time, improves operator safety, and boosts production efficiency in both manual and automatic welding processes.
