BCR - Pipe Rotator For Welding
Smart self-alignment for every diameter — smooth rotation, steady control, and flawless welds.

The BCR
General Features
The BCR Self-Aligning Pipe Rotators are designed to provide a cost-effective and highly efficient circular welding solution for cylindrical workpieces of varying diameters. With manual hole diameter adjustment, the system ensures smooth, stable, and perfectly aligned pipe rotation for superior welding precision.
Widely used across industries such as tanks, pressure vessels, towers, boilers, reactors, depots, wind power, petrochemical, pipeline, and shipbuilding, the BCR series is built for heavy-duty, continuous operation in demanding fabrication environments.
The robust, steel-welded construction guarantees exceptional durability and long service life, while the self-aligning mechanism automatically centers the cylindrical part — regardless of diameter — eliminating the need for frequent welding head adjustments.
In standard models, diameter adjustment is performed manually by shifting the roller groups over slides and securely fastening them into position.
With precise command controls, operators can rotate workpieces clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) at accurately controlled speeds, ensuring smooth motion and consistent weld quality.
By reducing crane dependency and improving workflow efficiency, the BCR rotators play a vital role in steel fabrication and welding workshops, boosting productivity while ensuring operator safety and comfort.
Optional Control Units
● Manual Diameter Adjustment: by means of a threaded shaft operated by a hand wheel, applicable to both driven and idler units.
● Motorized Diameter Adjustment: roller groups can be motor-driven forward and backward via threaded shafts for smooth precision alignment.
● Rail Movement System: optional Buggy Carrier System allowing the rotator units to move over rails — available in:
Manual movement, or Motor-driven movement for faster, controlled positioning.
● Additional Stopper Support: available to prevent the workpiece from slipping during rotation.
● DFPSE-Double Foot Pedal with Stick and Stop (3m)
● OHC-Overhead Hangable Control
● MP-Master Panel
● WRC – Wireless Remote Control
● BCBS-Driven + Idler Buggy Set
● MDA-BCR-Adjustment Stroke Motorised Driven by Forward Reward Threaded Shaft
● MHA-BCR-Adjustment Stroke by Manual HandWheel with Forward-Reward Threaded Shaft
Standard Features
● Diameter Range Fixing Holes on Slides — allow easy adjustment for various workpiece diameters.
● Adjustable Worktable Rotation Speed with digital display on the electrical cabinet for precise control and monitoring.
● High-Quality Polyurethane Rollers designed to absorb shocks and vibrations, ensuring smooth and stable rotation.
● 5 m Command Cable for convenient operator reach.
● 5 m Power Cable for quick and flexible installation.
● Brake & Fan-Cooled Asynchronous Motor — ensures long-lasting, reliable performance under continuous operation.
Advantages
● Each BCR Conventional Rotator Set consists of two units:
● One (1) Driven Unit
● One (1) Idler Unit
● Depending on project requirements, the number of driven and idler units can be configured accordingly.
● Capacity Range: Standard models are manufactured in 3 t, 5 t, 6 t, 10 t, 15 t, 20 t, 30 t, 40 t, 50 t, 60 t, 80 t, and 100 t.
● Upon request, special models above 100 t can also be produced.
Drive Configuration:
● For 3–10 t models: Single Driven Roller Group.
● For above 10 t: Double Driven Roller Group for enhanced power and load stability.
