The BD
General Features
The BD Elbow Welding Rotator is purpose-built for efficient rotation and welding of round-profile elbows and pipes, delivering seamless performance in pipe construction, prefabrication, and on-site assembly operations.
By continuously rotating the workpiece, the BD model enables uninterrupted circumferential welding, ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality welds in both manual and automatic welding applications.
As standard, the diameter adjustment is performed mechanically via a manual handwheel, allowing precise alignment and secure positioning of the pipe. For faster setups, an optional quick-mounting and detaching system is available, providing added convenience and productivity in demanding workshop environments.
