The BPRA
General Features
The BPRA Pipe Rotator with Leg offers an economical and practical solution for circular welding of cylindrical workpieces with variable diameters. Designed for precision, safety, and long-term performance, it delivers smooth, stable rotation and superior weld quality in every application.
Ideal for tanks, pressure vessels, tower tubes, boilers, reactors, depots, fuel barrels, wind power components, petrochemical pipelines, and shipbuilding, the BPRA series is built to perform reliably in demanding industrial environments.
The manual diameter adjustment is performed by positioning the idler rollers on the built-in slots of the chassis and securely fastening them — ensuring perfect contact and balance with the workpiece. Its robust steel-welded construction provides excellent durability and structural stability, keeping the cylindrical part perfectly centered regardless of diameter.
Operators can easily control rotation clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) through precise command controls, adjusting speed smoothly to achieve consistent and accurate welds.
By reducing the need for crane handling and manual repositioning, the BPRA dramatically improves workflow efficiency, enhances operator safety, and increases productivity in both manual and automated welding operations.
