The BLP (3AX)

General Features

The BLP-3AX is a high-performance, heavy-duty L-type welding positioner engineered for maximum strength, precision, and control. Designed to handle workpieces of any geometry within its capacity, it enables 360° positioning and creates perfect welding edges for superior results in every application.
With its 3-axis configuration, the BLP-3AX ensures safe, stable positioning even for asymmetrical or top-heavy workpieces, reducing the risk of overturning and ensuring operator safety.

By eliminating the need for crane operations such as manual part lifting and rotation, the BLP-3AX dramatically reduces production downtime, allowing operators to work more efficiently and focus on weld quality.
Built on a robust structure with smooth, precise motion control, the BLP-3AX offers comfortable operation, enhanced ergonomics, and exceptional repeatability. Operators can easily rotate the workpiece around its central axis clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) at adjustable speeds through the intuitive command control system.
