The Mini BCP 020 D (2AX)
General Features
The BCP Mini 020 D is a compact and powerful conventional welding positioner, engineered to provide precise worktable rotation and smooth angular tilting for superior welding accuracy in a smaller footprint.
Built in the most efficient and stable configuration, it offers full 360° positioning capability, allowing operators to achieve the ideal welding edge regardless of the workpiece geometry. Despite its size, the Mini 020 D features robust construction and a reinforced protective system, ensuring long-term reliability and operator safety. For secure handling of heavier parts, it should be anchored to the facility floor.
The system is composed of a rigid body, high-performance motor, gear-driven rotation and tilting systems, electric control panel, and a remote operator control for smooth, effortless operation. The gear transmission system ensures consistent motion and precise control at any speed.
The T-Side Entry grooved worktable allows for quick and easy clamping, while an optional T-Grooved thick-plate worktable can be provided for heavier or customized applications.
