The BRR
General Features
The BRR Section Rope Rotator is designed for precise rotation and positioning of workpieces with planar or non-cylindrical cross sections, enabling efficient welding and assembly operations with maximum control.
By means of an endless rope system, the workpiece is smoothly rotated and positioned, allowing operators to easily achieve the required welding edge and assembly angle. The height adjustment feature provides additional flexibility, ensuring an ergonomic working position and improved operator comfort during welding.
Each BRR rotator set consists of two driven units, which can operate synchronously or independently, allowing precise angular and height adjustments of the workpiece. The number of units can be increased as needed, depending on the size and weight of the component being handled.
Operators can control rotation clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) with high precision and stability, ensuring smooth, well-aligned motion throughout the process.
Built for heavy-duty industrial applications are 5-ton, 6-ton, and 10-ton models as standard, while custom capacities between these ranges can also be produced upon request.
