The BLPL (3AX)
General Features
The BLPL-3AX delivers the perfect blend of power, precision, and versatility, enabling 360° welding and assembly on workpieces of any geometry within its capacity. Its 3-axis design allows full positioning freedom, creating optimal welding angles and flawless seams every time.
Engineered in an L-type configuration, the BLPL-3AX provides safe, stable handling of asymmetrical or unbalanced parts, significantly reducing the risk of overturning during operation.
By eliminating the need for crane-based part rotation and handling, it streamlines workflow, minimizes downtime, and allows operators to work more efficiently and comfortably, boosting overall productivity.
With its robust construction and intuitive control system, operators gain smooth, precise motion control — rotating the workpiece clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) at variable speeds directly from the command interface.
