General Features
The Mini-BTT Welding Turntable is a compact, efficient, and precise positioning solution designed for easy mounting and smooth rotation of cylindrical or irregular workpieces. Ideal for applications across industrial fabrication, petrochemical, energy, transmission, and shipbuilding sectors, it delivers professional-grade welding performance in a compact form.
Engineered for 360° continuous rotation, the Mini-BTT ensures perfect positioning and optimal welding angles for every workpiece — regardless of shape or dimension. Optional quick-mounting and detaching equipment allows faster setups, increasing efficiency and operator comfort.
By removing the need for crane-based handling or manual part rotation, the Mini-BTT minimizes downtime and boosts productivity, allowing operators to work more effectively and safely.
Equipped with a Slot-Grooved worktable for quick and secure clamping, the Mini-BTT can also be manufactured with an optional T-Grooved thick plate for heavier-duty applications
