General Features

The Mini-BCP Conventional Positioner delivers the same strength and precision as larger models in a compact, space-saving design — ideal for workshops and applications requiring flexibility without compromising performance.
Designed for smooth rotation and angular tilting, it allows operators to position workpieces easily at the perfect welding angle, ensuring high-quality results with minimal effort. Despite its smaller footprint, the Mini-BCP maintains exceptional stability and durability thanks to its robust construction and protective design. For added safety, it should be anchored to the facility floor when handling heavy parts.

Regardless of the shape or geometry of the workpiece, the Mini-BCP offers full 360° positioning and precise edge formation for consistent, accurate welds.
Structurally built with a rigid body, high-torque motor, and gear-driven rotation and tilting systems, the Mini-BCP ensures reliable performance and effortless control through its electric panel and cable remote operator control.
The gear transmission system provides smooth, steady motion, while the T-Side Entry grooved worktable allows quick and secure workpiece clamping. For heavy-duty use, an optional T-Grooved thick-plate worktable is also available.
