The BTT (1AX)
General Features
The BTT Turntable Positioner is a compact yet powerful solution designed for 360° rotation and precise positioning of cylindrical or irregular workpieces. Widely used across industrial fabrication, petrochemical, energy, transmission, and shipbuilding sectors, it delivers unmatched reliability and control in every rotation.
Engineered for easy mounting and smooth operation, the BTT allows operators to rotate workpieces effortlessly, ensuring ideal welding angles and perfect seams on every part. Optional quick-mounting and detaching systems provide even greater efficiency and ease of use during setup.
By eliminating crane-based part handling and manual rotation, the BTT significantly reduces production downtime, allowing operators to work faster, safer, and more efficiently, while maintaining consistent weld quality.
Equipped with intuitive command controls, operators can rotate the worktable clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) at adjustable speeds, ensuring smooth, precise motion and full operational control.
The Slot-Grooved worktable enables quick and secure clamping, while an optional T-Grooved thick plate version can be provided for heavy-duty applications requiring extra strength and versatility
