The BHP (3AX)
General Features
The BHP Hydraulic Elevating Positioner is built for maximum flexibility, strength, and operator comfort, combining worktable rotation, angular tilting, and hydraulic height adjustment in one advanced unit.
Unlike standard positioners, the BHP series allows operators to adjust height hydraulically even after the workpiece is mounted, ensuring perfect ergonomics and faster, more efficient welding setups. Regardless of the geometry or size of the workpiece, the BHP delivers precise 360° positioning and creates ideal welding edges for superior results.
Constructed with a reinforced body, high-torque motor, and gear-driven rotation system, the BHP also features a hydraulic tilting and lifting system for smooth, stable movement under heavy loads. An electric control panel and remote operator control provide full command over every axis, ensuring accuracy and safety.
For optimal stability, the unit should be anchored to the facility floor when handling large or heavy parts.
The Slot-Grooved worktable allows for quick and secure workpiece clamping, while an optional T-Grooved thick plate can be provided for heavy-duty or custom applications.
