General Features
The BCP Conventional Positioner is engineered for maximum control, precision, and durability, combining table rotation and angular tilting to deliver the perfect welding angle for every workpiece.
Designed in the most efficient and stable configuration, the BCP ensures smooth positioning and safe handling of heavy or asymmetrical parts. For optimal stability, it should be securely anchored to the facility floor when operating with large loads.
Regardless of the geometric shape of the workpiece, the BCP provides full 360° positioning capability, creating ideal welding edges and improving overall weld quality.
Built with a robust body, high-torque motor, gear-driven rotation and tilting systems, and an electric control panel with remote operator control, the BCP delivers precise, reliable performance in any industrial environment.
The gear transmission system ensures smooth and consistent movement, while the Slot-Grooved worktable allows for quick, secure clamping of the workpiece. Optionally, the positioner can be equipped with a T-Grooved thick plate worktable for heavy-duty applications requiring additional strength and versatility.
