The BZC
General Features
The Chassis Welding Rotators are designed for precise rotation and positioning of planar or irregular workpieces, providing a reliable, efficient, and ergonomic solution for heavy welding and assembly operations.
Using an endless chain system, the rotator smoothly transfers rotational movement to the workpiece, allowing the operator to achieve the ideal welding edge and assembly plane with accuracy and ease. The height of the workpiece can be conveniently adjusted, improving operator comfort and welding precision.
Each chain rotator set consists of two driven units, which can operate synchronously or independently, enabling angular and height adjustments according to the part geometry. The total handling and rotation capacity of both units combined defines the overall tonnage of the model, and the number of units can be increased as needed based on the application and workpiece weight.
