The BPRA Mini
General Features
The BPRA Mini Pipe Rotator with Leg delivers a compact, efficient, and economical solution for circular welding of cylindrical parts with variable diameters. Designed for small to medium-sized workpieces, it offers smooth, precise, and stable rotation — ensuring consistent weld quality and operator comfort.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, including tanks, pressure vessels, tower tubes, boilers, reactors, depots, fuel barrels, wind power components, petrochemical pipelines, and shipbuilding, the BPRA Mini is built to perform reliably even in demanding fabrication environments.

Diameter adjustment is performed manually by positioning the idler rollers on the chassis slots and fastening them securely, allowing quick setup and accurate alignment of the workpiece. Its robust steel-welded construction provides excellent durability and structural stability, ensuring that the cylindrical part remains perfectly centered, regardless of diameter.
Operators can rotate workpieces clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) using precise command controls, with adjustable speed for optimal welding performance.
By reducing the need for crane-based handling and simplifying part rotation, the BPRA Mini significantly improves workflow efficiency, enhances safety, and increases overall productivity in both manual and automated welding operations.
