The BPR
General Features
The BPR 4-Roller Driven Pipe Rotator provides an efficient, economical, and fully automatic solution for circular welding of cylindrical workpieces with variable diameters. Its four-roller design ensures superior stability, automatic diameter adjustment, and perfect centering — eliminating the need for manual setup.
Ideal for tanks, pressure vessels, tower tubes, boilers, reactors, depots, fuel barrels, wind power components, petrochemical pipelines, and shipbuilding, the BPR series delivers consistent, high-quality rotation under heavy-duty conditions.
Thanks to its automatic roller adjustment, the system instantly adapts to different pipe diameters, maintaining the workpiece perfectly centered and aligned for precise welds. The robust steel-welded construction ensures long-lasting durability, while minimizing vibration and distortion during rotation.
Operators can easily control rotation clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) at accurately adjustable speeds through the precise command interface, guaranteeing smooth operation and optimal weld control.
By eliminating the need for crane manipulation and manual alignment, the BPR significantly reduces downtime, increases operator safety, and enhances overall productivity in both manual and automated welding processes.
