The BTC
General Features
The BTC Long Pipe Rotators are specifically engineered to eliminate pipe deformation that can occur due to the middle-section weight of thin-walled cylindrical workpieces. Designed for precision and stability, the BTC series ensures perfect alignment and uniform rotation during circular welding operations.
Ideal for tanks, pressure vessels, tower tubes, boilers, reactors, depots, fuel barrels, wind power components, petrochemical pipelines, and shipbuilding, the BTC provides a robust and reliable solution for a wide range of industrial welding applications.
Featuring manual pre-adjustment of roller diameters, the BTC allows quick and secure contact with the workpiece, ensuring optimal support and balance throughout the process. Its heavy-duty steel-welded construction guarantees strength, rigidity, and long service life under demanding workloads.
Operators can easily control the clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW) rotation through a precise command control system, maintaining smooth, consistent speeds for superior welding quality.
By reducing the need for crane handling and simplifying pipe manipulation, the BTC rotators significantly increase efficiency, safety, and productivity in both manual and automated welding operations.
