The BCBM S
General Features
The BCBM Column and Boom Welding Machine is designed to deliver high-precision, efficient, and automated welding performance for a wide range of industrial applications. It can operate independently or in combination with rotators or positioners, allowing both circular and longitudinal welds to be performed with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
By automating the welding process, the BCBM system dramatically reduces production time, minimizes operator fatigue, and increases welding quality and continuity — enabling operators to achieve more consistent results in less time.
The system supports multiple welding processes, including SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), MIG, and MAG, offering flexibility for various materials and workpiece sizes.
